Cancellation Policy

1. Non-Attendance:
   • No refund will be provided for non-attendance on the course.
2. Cancellation Fees:
   • A cancellation fee of £10 is applied to all cancellations to cover administrative costs.
3. Refund Schedule:
   • 15 or more days before the course date: Full refund.
   • 8 to 14 days before the course date: 25% cancellation fee.
   • 3 to 7 days before the course date: 50% cancellation fee.
   • 2 days or less from the course date: 100% cancellation fee.
4. Please note that all refunds are subject to the £10 administration fee.
